1. Introduction and Purpose
This Privacy Policy details how PZC Hagshama Association and Habonim Dror
Association ( hereinafter " :The Association "or " We"), operating in Israel under the
Netaim Organization and running the " Maslool "programs, collects, uses, retains,
discloses, and protects the personal data of program participants, their parents, and
website visitors, in accordance with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law .
• Data Controller : The Associations determine the purposes and means of
processing personal data.
• Target Audience : The program is intended for people from the diaspora who
immigrate to Israel to participate in Maslool programs.
2. Types of Data Collected
We collect two types of information: Information collected via the website and
information collected during the registration process for the various programs.
2.1. Information Collected via the Website
• Technical Usage Details : IP address, data regarding site usage, browser type (via
cookies and tracking technologies).
• Voluntary Inquiries : Free text (via " Contact Us "forms or newsletter registration)
arriving at the Association's systems .
2.2. Information Collected via " Maslool "Programs
• Identification and Contact Details : Full name, last name, date of birth, passport
photocopy, email address, phone number, residential address, emergency
contacts .
• Special Categories of Personal Data (Sensitive Data - Art. 9) : Due to the nature
of the program (long stay, physical activity, and insurance requirements), we
collect sensitive information requiring your explicit consent :o Medical and Health Information : Medical forms signed by a doctor, history of
chronic diseases, regular medications, mental health declarations, and
vaccination status .
o Financial Information : Information regarding personal or family economic status,
required solely for checking eligibility for scholarships and grants from " Masa
Israel Journey."
2.3. Minors (Under age 18)
While most programs are intended for adults (18-35), specific tracks (such as pre-military
academies) may be open to participants from age 17. If you are under 18, we require
signed consent from a parent or legal guardian to process your personal data and
complete registration .
3. Method of Data Collection and Processing
Information is collected when Data Subjects :
1. Browse the site (via Cookies and IP) .

3. Register for the various " Maslool "programs and voluntarily provide full details .
The information is entered and processed in the Association's management systems (as
detailed in Section 6) .
4. Purposes of Use
• Program Execution : Managing the screening, absorption, and accompaniment
process for the various programs.
• Welfare and Care : Checking eligibility for scholarships, acceptance to academies
(Mechinot), and arranging medical insurance .
• Communication : Responding to inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining
contact with participants.
• Future Programs : Maintaining contact with participants to offer continuation
programs and additional activities of the Netaim Organization .
• Legal Compliance : Meeting legal and judicial obligations applicable to the
Association .

Data Subjects (participants) who voluntarily come to Israel or participate in international
programs .
• Transfer to Israel : The Association relies on the fact that Data Subjects
voluntarily contact and choose to transfer the information to Israel .
• Legal Basis for Transfer (Art. 49(1)) : The Association relies on Explicit Consent
and Contract Performance with the Data Subjects.
• Cloud Services : Some providers (such as Monday) may store data on servers in
the USA, subject to adequate protection mechanisms.
• For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) : The European
Commission has determined that the State of Israel provides an adequate level
of protection for personal data (Adequacy Decision). This means that data can be
transferred from the EU to Israel without the need for additional legal
procedures .
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:
1. Medical and Insurance Information : Retained for 7 years from the end of the
program, to comply with limitation periods for insurance claims and legal
requirements .2. Contact Details and General Information (Name, Phone, Email) : This
information is kept in the Netaim Organization's databases even after the
program ends. The purpose is to allow the organization to offer participants and
alumni continuation programs, future journeys, and additional activities suitable
for their age .
3. Right to Erasure : Please note that you reserve the right to request the deletion
of contact details from our databases at any time ") The Right to be Forgotten ,("
and we will act in accordance with the request subject to the provisions of the
law .
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our site uses Cookies and similar tracking technologies for proper site operation,
improving user experience, security, and traffic analysis.
As a site operating on the Wix platform, essential cookies are activated. Additionally, we
use the following tools:
• Google Analytics : A tool designed for analyzing site usage patterns, generating
