Registration Steps
In this page you will find an explanation to most of Maslool’s registration process steps.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask your Program Advisor about it.
REMEMBER: Every filled document must be sent in a single PDF document.
First Steps
Application Form

We use this information to have a better understanding of who you are, so we can build the best program for you.
None of this information will be shared and will only be accessible by Maslool’s team.
Medical Form
Print the medical form and get a doctor’s appointment.
The form must be filled together with the physician who has to sign and agree with the provided medical info.
This information will only be used to be sure that, while in Israel, we’ll have all the needed data in case of a medical emergency.

PLEASE NOTE: If you will be underage by the time you’ll arrive to Israel, one of your guardians must sign the end of the form. Otherwise, leave it blank.
Registration Fee
In order to pay the registration fee, you’ll need a credit card and credit card holder’s information.
Just enter the link and fill the blanks with the required information.
PLEASE NOTE: When asked for ID, don’t worry if your’s is longer than required. Just enter the first 8 digits of Credit Card Holder’s ID and that will be enough.
WARNING!!!
If once you paid, you get an error message, DO NOT try to pay again.
Most of the time, we do receive the payment even if you see that message.
Just let us know and we’ll check it out for you.
Masa’s Grant
Enter Masa’s website.
First, check your eligibility.​​
Next, apply to Masa.
When asked to, choose the right program.
-If you will only come to study at Hebrew Ulpan, or take a course, choose: Masa - Maslool PZC
-If you will be doing volunteer work, or an unpaid internship, please choose: Masa - Maslool PZC Internships
-If you are eligible for Maslool Pro and will do a paid internship, please choose: Maslool Pro
Internship
Internship Form
Filling this form will allow our Internship’s director to receive your information, interests and desires.
After a few days, she will get in touch with you and start the process to look up for the best internship opportunities for you!
Volunteering in a Kibbutz

Intention Letter
Write a letter where you should write briefly about you, who you are, where you come from and why you want to volunteer in a Kibbutz. If you have a preference, add also in which Kibbutz you’d like to volunteer.
After you’ve written your letter, send it to your Program Advisor.
KPC’s Medical Form
KPC asks for a medical form of their own. It looks very similar to Maslool’s one.
As a recommendation, fill them both at the same time so you don’t have to visit the doctor twice!
Volunteer Declaration
Read the document carefully and, if you agree, sign it and send it back to your Program Advisor.
KPC’s Registration Form
Read, fill and sign your KPC’s Registration Form.
Once you did, send it back to your Program Advisor.
Marva
Registration Form
Enter the link and fill Marva’s Registration Form.
This will allow Marva’s team to contact you and have your information when needed.
Please, update your Program Advisor once you did.
Medical Form
Marva asks for a medical form of their own. It has different questions and requirements than Maslool’s.
As a recommendation, fill them both at the same time so you don’t have to visit the doctor twice!
Medical Certificate
As well as the Medical Form, Marva asks for a Medical Certificate that must be completed by a doctor as well.
Psychologist Authorization
Marva is a very intense program.
This is why they ask for a Psychologist to assure that you’re fit to participate in it ONLY if you are (or were) under psychological/psychiatric treatment any time in the last 5 years.
Please, go see a Psychologist and bring him/her the certificate.
It must be filled and signed by the professional and then sent as well.
Parental Consent
If you are underage, one of your guardians must fill and sign the consent.
Please, read it carefully, fill it and sign it so you can send it back.
Interview
Once you’ve sent all your documents, let your Program Advisor know. They will get in touch with Marva’s team so they contact you to schedule the interview.
You will have an interview with someone from Marva’s team.
They will get in touch with you by phone or video call so they can know you better and see that you’re fit for their program.
Magen David Adom (MDA)
Registration Form
Enter the link and fill MDA’s Registration Form.
This will allow MDA’s team to contact you and have your information when needed.
Please, update your Program Advisor once you did.
Medical Form
MDA asks for a medical form of their own. It has different questions and requirements than Maslool’s.
As a recommendation, fill them both at the same time so you don’t have to visit the doctor twice!
Letter from Physician
Ask your doctor to write a letter explaining that you’re fit for the program and that you have no impediments to participate in MDA’s course and volunteering.
Vaccination Records
Scan or take a photo of your vaccination records to upload in MDA’s portal as well.
They need to be sure you’re covered and that you are protected as well as you are not dangerous for patients or other participants.
Letter of Intent
Write a letter explaining a little bit about you, who you are and why are you interested in joining MDA’s course and volunteering.
Letter of Recommendation
Get someone to write and sign a letter of recommendation.
It must be someone out of your family.
It could be a family friend, a teacher, a tutor, etc.
It should say why are you a good fit and candidate for MDA's program.
Psychologist Authorization
MDA asks for a Psychologist to assure that you’re fit to participate in it ONLY if you are (or were) under psychological/psychiatric treatment any time in the last 5 years.
Please, go see a Psychologist and bring him/her the certificate.
It must be filled and signed by the professional and then sent as well.
Integraliah
Take the level test
Take Integraliah's level test. This is for them to know what your Hebrew level is and put you in a classroom with the right teacher and people that will adapt to your own level.
Once you do, please let your Program Advisor know that you did.
Visa (A2)
PLEASE NOTE:
This information is only valid for non-Israelis, people that never lived in Israel.
If you or any of your parents is Israeli or lived in Israel before, you'll need to issue an Israeli passport.
Passport
Send a photo of the main page of your passport to your Program Advisor.
Please check that your passport is updated and that expiration date is at least 6 months after your program's ending.
Birth Certificate
Send a photo of you Birth Certificate to your Program Advisor.
Masa's Approval Letter
A few days before your program, you'll receive an Approval letter from Masa by email.
It's going to be a document in Hebrew that basically confirms that you are a Masa participant.
Please, check that the dates are the exact same as your program, otherwise, you could have a change in your grant.
Once you get it, send it to your Program Advisor.
If you didn't receive the letter, you can look up for it in your personal page in Masa's Portal.
Visa Form
Fill the Visa Form.
You don’t need to do it both in English and Hebrew. If you fill it up only in english is enough for us to send your papers to Ministry of Interior and ask for your visa.
Final Steps
Participation Agreement
Read carefully and accept all Maslool’s rules and regulations.
Once you fill the required spaces and check the boxes, you’ll be almost ready to start your trip!
Contract
Once everything is ready, your Program Advisor will send you your Maslool contract.
Please, read it carefully and sign where asked.
There’s no need to print it, you can sign it digitally and send it back.
PLEASE NOTE: Your contract must be signed and sent back in a single PDF file, we can’t accept only the last page signed, both digital or a photo of a printed document.
Payment
In your contract, you’ll see how much you need to pay and when.
Also, you’ll see where and how to pay.
Once you paid, send a proof of payment to your Program Advisor.
Maslool Acceptance Letter
After signing the agreement, signing your contract and paying your first installment, you’ll receive Maslool’s acceptance letter.
Once you receive it, you will be officially accepted and you’ll know who your Madrich or Madricha will be.
ETA-Il
In order to enter Israel, everyone will need to issue an ETA.
It’s a permission for tourists to enter the country.
Fill all the required information and pay the required fee.
Remember that we’ll issue your actual Students visa once you are in Israel.
