About the program
We provide entry-level hospitality positions ideal for those looking to work learn, and grow. No prior experience is required! You will work 9 hours a day, with 1 or 2 days off each week. Social benefits will be offered in accordance with local regulations, and a work visa will be arranged for you, with the possibility of extension.

Eligibility
This opportunity is available for:
- Young adults (ages 18–35) from across the globe
- Minimum participation of 4 months
- No previous hospitality experience needed
- A good command of English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Masa Israel Journey and Jewish Agency approval.
Enrollement Process

Once we approve your eligibility for Maslool WIN, our internship coordinator will reach out to you to schedule an interview with the hotel HR.
Once you pass the interview you may apply for a Masa grant and we will start the working visa process. The whole process may take 2-3 months.
